Error Code for synchronisation

I get the following error code when synchronising calender etc to my MS Outlook computer software via the Blackberry software - 0x80040fb3

Synchronisation has been OK. The only change is that I have added a new email address but this works through Windows Live and not Outlook. I have tried Help inthe BB software and suggestions via conflict resolution but cannot seem to find a solution.

Any ideas?

Can you try this Knowledge Base Article :

 

KB14818 : "Error encounter. Error code – 0x80040fb3. Check documentation” appears during a wired synchronization with the BlackBerry Desktop Software

Thanks for replying. I am using 7.1.0.714 and it appears that this link applies to software for V 6+.

 This article applies to BlackBerry® Desktop Software 4.5 to 6.1  . 

Which version of Desktop Software you're having ? If you're having any lower version then try Updating your BlackBerry Desktop Software as KB says . For follow those suggestion .

yes
