Error I'd 30261

I keep getting this error message when I try purchase on App World. Your transaction was not processed. Please try your purchase again.(Error Id:30261)

Unfortunately, there is nothing in the public KBs with error ID 30261...but this one perhaps may be close:

  • KB29539 There was a problem connecting to the payment system. Your transaction has not been processed. Please try again later. (Error Id: 30644) when attempting to purchase an application in app world

You of course can search those KBs as well:

 

And, for formal support, you of course contact your mobile service provider, who can escalate your case up to BlackBerry if such is required.
