Error Id 100000

hello

 

when i try to use my credit card to purchase any item from app world i get this error

really very annoying although already verified  my credit card

any recommendations

we dont have pay pal in our country

Please check this Knowledge Base Article regarding this error :

 

KB24454 : "There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/ support for more information. (Error Id: 10000)" appears when purchasing an application in BlackBerry App World.

Yes my freind i DID read and understand and did all steps in article and i get same error and if you understand i wouldnt make any post in forum unless i tested every thing in articles

Still i have the same problem

                        First Re - confirm is it Error : 10000 OR Error : 100000 ,If you recieved Error ID: 10000 then I am sure you will not be charged ,I agree you recieve that transcation alert  but Try login to  Netbanking and re check your Transcation details there.
