Error Message 365

Okay, I have a blinking screen that reads error message 365 reset.  I have tried taking the battery out and then putting it back in and it does not work.  The manager does not read it, since I guess it seems like it isn't even on.  I need help in fixing this problem.  Why do I have the error message and how do I fix this?

This error is occured as the BlackBerry device is unable to complete the initialization process. To resplve the issue you need to run Application Loader to remove the BlackBerry Device Software, both the operating system and Java applications, completely and reload it. Check the below knowledge base for details on how to perform a clean install of BlackBerry device software.
