Error Message "No Message Store Available" when synching

When synching with Outlook 2007 (running Exchange server) using the BlackBerry desktop software, I receive the error message "No Message Store Available". After reading several message boards, it sounds like the BB software is looking for a .pst file. There is no .pst file for the user because of using Exchange server. There is an .ost file from the cache mode. So, question is, does the BB desktop software only look for a .pst file to synch with? Or is there a change or setting that needs to be made? Any and all assistance with info is very much appreciated.

Having exactly the same problem! With Exchange and outlook 2007

 

Does anybody have any ideas?

The syncronisation worked fine before we upgraded to desktop 4.7.

Are you supposed to use the Blackberry redirector software if you are using Exchange server? Any comments?

Not sure! just using BIS not enterprise!
