Error Starting App World

I just downloaded App World and I am getting an error I redownloaded same error and tried to download from my PC to my phone instead and same error. The error is:net_rim_bb_appworld: Symbol 'ContentHandlerRegistrationHelper.moduleUpgraded' not found.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi Trainlax,

 

For this particular error, I would recommend performing a complete backup of your BlackBerry Smartphone, and then clean appload of your BlackBerry Smartphone by following the steps in this article:

If you would like, a newer version of your handheld software is available through Verizon here:

 

http://vzw.smithmicro.com/blackberry/

 

If the error persists after this clean appload and/or upgrade, please respond to this thread and we will continue our investigation.
