Error code 507

When I reboot my blackberry bold 9780 it stops in the middle. The screen bocomes withe and there stands error code 507. What to do?

Hello,

 

A 507 means, for one reason or another, that there is no OS on the BB...and so it must be reloaded. If you need a procedure to do so, feel free to ask.

PS -- hopefully you already have a backup of your data...because, along with the OS, your data is also gone from the BB.

I downloaded the newest update and it stops in the middle by connecting again with JVM

What to do?
