Error in installimg desktop manager for playbook. Help

I was using the prio version of desktop manager 7.0 . Suddenly one day it was asking for a .msi that was not found in my computer. (It seems that it was in a temporary file no longer existing). So i was unable to use the software desktop manager installed. At the same time the tablet wanted to install new drivers and a new version of desktop manager 7.0 began to be installed but always an error message pop up

in spanish "Para ayudar a proteger el equipo, Windows cerró este programa

Nombre: Windos installer

Fabricante: microsoft Corporation"

A free translation: "to protect your engine Windows closed tis program"

The error message said:

EventType : BEX     P1 : msiexec.exe     P2 : 4.5.6001.22159     P3 : 480573de
P4 : msihnd.dll     P5 : 3.1.4001.5512     P6 : 4802bf1e     P7 : 00036930
P8 : c0000005     P9 : 00000008

It happens the same thing when i tried to install the version 6 of the desktop manager

Hi usadoradetablet,

Welcome to the Support Community!

I would suggest removing all versions of BlackBerry® Desktop Software that may be installed on your computer and reinstalling the most recent version from http://bbry.lv/9CBxoS

This KB article should provide more information as well as any further steps that may be needed to resolve this issue. "Error 1316 A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\Windows\Installer\BlackBerry Desktop Software.msi" when trying to uninstall/upgrade BlackBerry Desktop Software. http://bbry.lv/Nl0ywV

Hope this helps.
