I downloaded & installed BB Media Sync. After the installation, I launch the application and a dialogbox displays: "MusicSync has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost." This dialogbox shows up regardless of whether or not my BB8830 is connected to my laptop or not.
I run XP Pro, SP2 on my laptop; I have iTunes v7.2;BB Desktop Manager v184.108.40.206 installed. Does it mean that the downloaded file is bad? or the MediaSync is not ready for primetime?
