Error on backup

I have the current Desktop Manager 4.7.032.  I just started having back up issues.  I have been able to back up but now I get this error msg--"error trying to write to a file".  This happens at the point of what appears to be concluding the back up.  I have wiped my bb and desktop mgr and still get the error.  Any one have any suggestions?

Try this, on your BlackBerry > open the Browser > Options > Cache Operations and delete the cache there.


Try the backup again.
