Error on opening BB Desktop software

Dear Sir,

 
 I have installed BB desktop software for my New BB curve 9320. I am getting an error while i am trying to open the same as

Please help in getting rid of this. Got similar kind of error earlier and I re-installed the software after removing the same but in vain. Please help me

Dear Sir, I have installed BB desktop software for my New BB curve 9320. I am getting an error while i am trying to open the same as " Unable to load Jit complier : (Mscorjit.dII) :  File may be missing or corrupt. Please check or re-run setup"

Otherwise, I suggest this thread:

It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.
