Error starting an app

If am trying start to my whatsapp and some apps, it displays these message. "Error starting WhatsApp: Module 'WhatsApp-13' attempts to access a secure API." Pls, I need help.

From Options > Advanced > Applications, delete WhatsApp.

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Now, return to your download site or AppWorld and download/install again.

I have same problem here my BB 8520!all my app do not works include whatsapp it says Error starting again as I followed your instruction.Please help I don't know what to do now,I've tried a lot.nothing change
