Error while purchasing App

Hi,
Recently I switched from pearl to z10 and used the same BlackBerry ID. I can download free app from the app world but while purchasing I'm getting error as Your transaction has not been processed. Please try your purchase again. Whenever I try I'm getting this. Kindly help me. I'm using PayPal as my payment option. Pin:2AB109C5

Hi prince thanks for the suggestion. I couldn't find the error message which occurred for me in that. Is PayPal payment can be used from India. I came up with this page stating that it doesn't.

The same error message is within that Knowledge Base :

 

BlackBerry World has detected a new device PIN. Would you like to transfer your purchased applications to your new device? Warning: This is the last time you can transfer your purchased applications to your new device.

For more information about transferring applications to a new BlackBerry smartphone, see KB17625.

There was a problem connecting to the payment system. Your transaction has not been processed. Please try again later. (Error Id:10000)”

For more information on this error, see KB24454.

Unable to identify user.

This is a generic error indicating that information in the PayPal account has changed or does not match information associated with the BlackBerry smartphone user's BlackBerry World account. There can be multiple causes for this error.

 

 

Regarding Paypal , Yes you can use PayPal for payment in India , Or a Credit Card . 

 

I'm not sure but I think you need to check your PayPal Credentials, Be sure everything is entered Correctly.Can you re-check them again .
