Experiencing Error with my Whatsapp and Twitter and others

My whatsapp and twitter refuse to open, whenever i try to open it, it give me "Error starting whatsapp; module 'whatsapp - 14' attempt to access a secure API"<br>Please what is problem and how can resolve it.

That error is typically associated with having an IT Policy on your device...refer:

If you have an IT Policy, then one of two situations likely exists.

  1. You are presently using BES from your employer or other service, and the IT Policy that they place onto your device restricts you from using these apps. If so, then contact your BES admins for advice and assistance.
  2. Your BB was once associated with BES, but was never properly cleansed. If this is the case, then you need to cleanse it now, and that process will be very destructive to your data and installed apps. Hence, please review the Backup link in my auto-sig on this post and ensure you have a full and complete backup. Then, you can conduct this procedure to remove the IT Policy from your device:
    • KB31291 How to reset a BlackBerry smartphone to factory settings using BlackBerry Desktop Software
    • However, when you restore from your backup, DO NOT do a full restore. Rather, restore only those databases you require (e.g., contacts, calendar, etc.) and specifically avoid restoring any that have to do with IT Policy, Enterprise, or anything similar. If you restore those, it will dutifully place the IT Policy back onto your device, and you will be right back where you are now.
