Extend length of ringer

How do you extend the ringer? It goes to voice mail after 3 rings, not always enough time to answer.

Re: Extend length of ringer

Use the following GSM code for increasing the call forwarding time

*61*[Phone Number]*11*[Time]#

in place of time you can set any value as 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 sec.

Re: Extend length of ringer

Not a "call forwarding" issue, just the regular phone call. It doesn't give enough time (rings) to answer before going to voice mail.

Re: Extend length of ringer

As you've mentioned that you're call is going to Voice Mail then it has to be a call forwarding. How many times your phone will ring depends on the carrier. Like for my carrier it rings 6 times then the call ends. And for the case of Voice mail what is happening after three calls when your phone is not being picked its forwarding that call to some other (here voice mail) number. You can chekc this out from your call forwarding option.

Re: Extend length of ringer

Call your carrier and as them to extend the length of time / number of rings before it goes to voice mail.
