FAILURE!! of blackberry ID log-in

just to say if you have this probelm its a bloddy nightmare to resolve since recieving random blkberry email on saturday at 10.40 am asking me to validate my id pasword and email it has cost me 6 x half hours on the phone to mend this mess the only way to do it if phone blackberry who will call you back and their customer service was fantastic although cant say the same for them messing up my settings to start with so much so when my contract ends i will never get a blackberry phone ever again this has been so stressful through no fault of my own. the only way is a clean sweep of all seettings go for this dont try all the other options first because this just takes tooo much time. i have no last minuoit crimbo shopping now or food thanks to blackberry sending that email on satureday
