Strange. It's supposed to open a picture of a flowchart diagram. Maybe it was taken down temporarily...... Let's give it a few hours and see if it's put back up

Good, I hoped it wasn't just me! Given the current state of Windows Vista any one of the hourly "crucial" updates could have clobbered it or at least my PC's ability to download it. Not a big deal as my replacement phone won't be here for a few days yet.

Yeah I tried in both IE and Firefox, but same result   Smiley Happy

I gave my BB to my wife, I followed the link you gave, but my BB Curve does not give me a backup option as stated in the link.

 

Any suggestions?

Actually, the KB provides another link to another KB that documents the backup process, and it's via the Desktop Software, not on the device itself. For a comprehensive backup recommendation, see the link in my auto-sig on this post.
