I have the bold 9700, OS 184.108.40.2062 with a blackberry data plan add on: unlimited social networking and instant messaging (not the full data plan).
I've been using apps, such as facebook, twitter, bbm, etc for around 2 months, then it suddenly stopped working.
I tried calling my carrier, Rogers, and they can't help me... I don't know how to fix this problem.

I have the same problem, it started friday night at around 11pm when there network went down now i have the exact same problem, I spent 3 hours at the eaton centre with tech support yesterday trying everything then it worked for about 15 minutes then stopped. I'm the Rogers fido network, call them and tell them that your very upset and that you want to something for your trouble, because really this is just bull **bleep**!!!

i just got a new rogers torch and im haven the same problem .. i had this plan beforee and it worked perfectly and now it wont work .. my texting and calling still worksss but the unlimtied soical and instant messaging isnt .. anyyyy help >
