Try this:

 

  • Issues with Java Plugin: There is a good possibility that your Java plugin is the real culprit. For confirming , try reinstalling the Java plug-in. Alternatively, you can also go to Start > Control Panel > Java > Advanced. Click Default Java for browsers, and select the “Mozilla family” check box. This particular setting is set as default in Windows 7.

thanx for the advice i'm gonna try it! but what you have been said the options to the start  control panel advance etc i did not find this folder or programm on my computer, may i've to reinstall all of this sheat windows.

On the Control Panel look for Java.

hey
thanx, i tired to find it but i think something is wrong with my laptop it has some basic problem and thats why i thought am gonna uninstall the windows and then install back it. and after try it again.
