Facebook app error.

I'm facing problem regarding my preinstalled facebook app on my blackberry bold 9900. When ever i try to connect it with the internet it says that my service plan does not support this facility and i should connect my handset with wifi, which is already connected to wifi.

Hello Nazirshan,

 

Please perform hard reset by pulling your battery while your BlackBerry is ON and reinsert again. You can also resend your Service Book. Read this article.

 

How to clear and refresh the service book database if the BlackBerry smartphone is unable to send or...
