Facebook - not receiving messages

Hi

I had an issue with the fb app where ir kept logging me and saying my password had changed although it hadn't, I pulled the battery and after my phone restarted it was fine, a few days after I noticed that none of my messages where coming through unless I messaged the person first, this is happening with facebook messanger as well, I have reinstalled both the fb app and fb messanger to no change and have also resent the service books with no change, does anyone know of anything else I can try.

If the issue still persists, further investigation might be required. To help further diagnose the cause, contact your wireless service provider or BlackBerry® Technical Support Services for further review and support.
