JMW09....  Thanks for the workaround....finally got facebook working again!! Hopefully they can come up with a fix for the new version.

Looks like this might be a Facebook issue. It turns out that this App is developed by Facebook. Check this site: https://www.facebook.com/f4ep.

 

I just filed a bug report with them. Hopefully this will generate some action.
