I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

I too am facing similar problems while browsing. Though it's restricted to Youtube only. Everytime I try to access Youtube (full or mobile version) via browser or app, it fails to load the page and gives following error:
"Timeout occurred while processing the operation"
I am using 9360, with 7.1 OS.
Other websites open without any problem; facebook, twitter and other music streaming apps also work fine...it's just the youtube which just doesn't load.
Have tried switching between 2G and 3G...that doesn't help.
Airtel customer care says everything is fine at their end; and since it's a particular website which doesn't open...they can't do much about it.
It used to work just fine till couple of weeks back until I had to send my BB to BB customer service for some issues with reception. Think they have upgraded the OS, since it now has FM bundled, which wasn't there earlier!!
Have tried all know remedies...ALT LGLG, hard boot and cache cleanup...but to no avail.
Any help appreciated.
