Facing Problems

I purchased Torch 9810 on Nov 9th and since then i have had the phone with me for 9 days. The phone has been to all service centers and higher L3 levels. But there seems to be a defect in the handset from the very first day. But no proper body to resolve my problems. Every time the service center uploads the software and returns the phone. Now its been 2 days over a month, and those idiots tell me that the company is having problems to excjange ur phone... God i was better off with  a nokia...

POOOR handset and worse their customer support service.
