Facing problem to download applications

I am not able to download applications from website, when i connect my device and select connect it shows the following message,

'' App World Web Plugin Error

An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Client. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again.'' Please anybody let me know how i can disable the ''content protection'' or any other solution of this problem. Thanks & Regards

I am using 9300 3G curve. I am looking for free application for call record . But not able to find any one.


Please let me know on it. Also i tried for disable Content Protection as per given link but no help on it.


Please guide me o n it asap.
