Factory Reset

I have a BB Storm2 9550. It is a verizon wireless phone but I had it jailbroken to work with T-mobile. I would like to restore it back to the verizon factory setting. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Thanks!

Re: Factory Reset

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

If, by "jailbroken", you mean you properly unlocked the BB from VZW, registered it on TM, and obtained the necessary Service Books for TM, then there's nothing to reset. Rather, all you need to do is change your radio settings back to those associated with VZW, wipe the device, and then re-register on VZW.

Now, if you did something other than the above "authorized" procedures in order to shift to TM, then that's a totally different matter, and you would need to go back to whoever you obtained that "unauthorized" method from.

Good luck!
