I understand my Blackberry curve 9380 comes with a 2 year manufacturers warranty. It is not working and I am unable to get it fixed, how do I return it to Blackberry under the terms of the warranty? I have posted the issue on here but not been succesful in getting a solution. Please advise.

Thanks for this, now spoken with retailer (Phones4u) who are sending me a pack in which to return the faulty handset. On line support was excellent.This is after twice visiting my local branch of Phones4u who didn't want to know (in store product knowledge was dreadful) Thanks for your help.
