Fido Curve 9300 / Alt, 0, Sym keys are not working!!! HELP

Anybody have the same issue?

 

I really need to fix this problem.

 

Please let me know the solution for this case.

I Assume you already tried  a Battery Pull if not you can try it or else go through this Knowledge Base Article :

 

 KB29640 : Trackpad ,trackball, or keyboard not working on a BlackBerry Smartphone.

 

If that fails then you might have to visit a repair shop and see if replacing your device keyboard  help to resolve the problem.
