Re: Firmware 10

I think your analogy is not right.

I don't expect to have the CD already inside the player.

But I expect to be able to insert the CD in the player.

Instead my player is not able to play the Beatles' CD while ALL the other players do!

When you buy a CD player do you really ask if it will be able to play Beatles rather than AC/DC or do you assume it will be able to play both?

Re: Firmware 10

We can argue your analogy too. Do you expect your CD player to be automatically upgradable to a blueray DVD player?

Bottom line, your question has been answered to the best of my knowledge above.

If you expect a different answer or want to argue the merits (which I don't necessarily disagree with you on, but I just know differently, from past experience), then you can leave this thread open and wait to see what other "opinions" might be posted.

Good luck.

Re: Firmware 10

I don't care about solutions, because I know there is no one.

I just wish to share my experience with the hope that other people can avoid the BlackBerry trap.

Because in my opinion BB is a very limited smartphone, compared with competitors, and there is no valid reasons to buy it considering that price is the same.

Re: Firmware 10

Oh, well that's not what your original post here stated.

Good luck!
