Flashing Red LED

Hi, one flash then three flashes of the red LED, phone will not turn on can anyone help. Thanks Chloe

What if you remove the battery, connect it to a wall charger then reinsert the battery? If this doesn't work, I recommend taking it to the store if possible. Have you reported this to the carrier?

tried that to, will have to take to a repair shop, do you know what the flashing LED's mean? also waiting on a new battery coming, will wait until then before take to repair, thanks any way for you time. Clo

I think its an error code.  i will look around, but you can also try this:

download and install the software for your phone from
http://us.blackberry.com/support/apps-and-software/desktop-and-device-download-sites.html
Download and install bbsak.  Here is the link and guide:
