Forgot Blackberry ID

Hi, I saw a lot of replays about it, but none of than could give me the solution for my problem. I forgot my password, it keeps saying that my answer in wrong, although I know its correct, and I don't have the e-mail that can delete my account. Also I don't wanna create another e-mail only for the app world! Please, can somebody help me? I'm trying to find a way to solve this problem for 2 months!

Hello,

 

As Xandrex pointed out, you have tried everything there is. The original email would have had instructions for deleting your BB ID account...after which you could create a new one with the exact same credentials, which would link up your prior purchases. If you don't have that email, then you have no ability to use it as the "last resort" fix. Remember...AppWorld is a secure system...you play a part in that security...forgetting your credentials and tossing away everything that was made available to you indicates that you did not take your part in that security seriously. Hence, all that is left is for you to create a totally new BB ID/AppWorld account, losing all of your prior records and purchases.

I received an e-mail, since I've been trying to remember my password with no success, to try it on the site, but it didn't help anything since it was the same thing as directly from app world! It would have gave an extra help or something like this! I tried to e-mail bb, but it didn't work too! That sucks! Now I can't do nothing without a new ID!

Unfortunately - at this time - you are at the point where you will need to create an entirely new ID account under a different email address than the email address that you previously used on your last ID account in order to resolve your issue.

 

Since you think you know what your security question answer was - could the secret question be case sensitive? Try using a capital letter for the first letter of your secret question answer, or try all capital letters. Who knows - it could work. Maybe even try common misspellings of your answer.
