Formatting Storm

Hi guys

my storm is going back to Vodafone but i have address and confidential details on it how do i completely wipe my storm it going back faulty so it doesn't need to be working any help greatly appreciated

In BlackBerry device Wipe function is available under Options -> Security Options -> General Settings -> click Menu button -> Wipe Handheld.

 

If you use wipe handheld you can delete all the device data as well as 3rd party applications. However, the basic functions like, Phone, Blackberry Messenger, Messages folder and others will remain as it is.

Go to Options - Security Options - General Settings

 

Open menu and select "Wipe handheld"
