I've had the Bold BB 9900 for a year now and everything has worked great. It has now not been connecting to the internet for the past day and I don't know what has happened.
It is showing GPRS so it should be connecting.
I've clicked 'register now' for the host routing and it got back saying bb has been registered with wireless network. I've tried taking the battery out which hasn't worked either.
I don't know what else to try!Help!!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support...after all, it's their network to which your BB is not connecting.
