actually GPSLogger can share a location remotely - but this always requires a user action on the device that sends the location - so with other words it's not suitable.
But there is another app from emacberry.com that exactly does what you want to do - it's always running (even password protected if you want) and you can send your device a eMail (with pwd) or PIN Message and then the app is going to reply with the current GPS Location of the tracked device.
