i HAVE SEEN THE SAME QUESTION i AM ASKING FROM DECEMBER AND NOBODY HAS ANSWERED, WTF!!!

I NEED MY GPS TO START WORKING AGAIN, WHY IS THERE NO HELP FROM BLACKBERRY.

For an answer to your 2nd reason, the caps on my friends computer is stuck on all the time. And as for the first reason, the original question was asked in the right place with no answer so I decided to try something different and I got an answer. An answer to tell me what is wrong with everything I did but still no help. 

Also I have tried to contact BlackBerry but it says that is unavailable. I expect to get help from the company which I buy a product from. So sorry that I asked in the wrong place.
