GS Directory

I have a BB 9900.  Every time I send an email, it says "Following recipients are not in GS Send anyway?" How do I get it to skip that step?

Never heard of it.

Go to Options. type IT Policy in the search bar. Click on Security Status Information. Is there anything under Services?

Thanks for your help.  The retailer sent me a new phone.  Don't have the issue anymore.
