I just purchased an 8320 BlackBerry and have T-Mobile service. I have spent a number of hours (I'm embarrassed to say how many) trying to get synced up with my calendar and contacts on my PC which is connected to the company server. I have Desktop Manager installed on my computer but when I get to the screen asking for User Name, Password, and GroupWise Login Command(s) and hit Next, I get a message which says. "Unable to locate or load Translator module."
I've called T-Mobile and then been transferred to Blackberry Support, but there hit a dead end when they said we are using the Enterprise Server version, yet when I called our IT person at home, she confirmed what she told me late yesterday, that we do not have the Enterprise Server version on our server.
Can anyone set me straight on this matter?
