Hi I was wondering if I could get some help?
Basically I was updating my BBMand, me being the **bleep** that I am, I managed to look myself out of my BBM :/ I can't remember my password and emailing me a reset link doesn't work because I created the account under a email address that doesnt exist :/ creating a new Blackberry account doesnt let me into BBM. I can't contact anyone on the Blackberry support line so I'm basically in trouble! Help, any ideas?

So you have created a new BlackBerry ID ? When you use this new BlackBerry ID on BBM what error are you getting ?

I think you have done something wrong while creating a new ID on your device, Do a backup of your device then follow this Knowledge Base Article :
KB26694 : How to change the BlackBerry ID on a BlackBerry PlayBook tablet or BlackBerry smartphone.

Use BlackBerry Desktop Software to do a Complete Backup Of your device, you can download the latest Desktop Software from here BlackBerry desktop software .then do a backup . Refer to this Knowledge Base for further help:
