Getting error

My phone looses its connectivity even when i stay always in a wifi network and i when i checked the log i found these following errors 

 

E ORCA - [ XConnector ] - ERROR 1376009177521

E ORCA - [ MqttConnection ] - ERROR 1376009178484

E ORCA - [ MqttConnectionManager$StartConectionThread ] - ERROR 1376009178493

 

help me out guys......... 

It happened with me generally then i have to restart my phone then it works for some time then again this happen.

Sorry to hear about your issue. In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.

This issue persist even if i reload the OS have tried this already. 

The issue is very common to me .

When this occur i have to do battery pullout and tand then for sometime it work like a charm then suddenly same issue comes again..........

After doing the software reload are you restoring an old backup file? If yes, then I would suggest doing the software reload again and this time test before restoring data to see if you have the same issue.

Hello admin actually this error comes when the network goes out then when it comeback or sometimes even it goes off then all apsruns on wifi stop working....... 

Have tried every single step of reloading OS and with fresh installation without restoring data.

At this point I would suggest you contact your mobile service provider and ask that your issues be escalated to BlackBerry support for in depth investigation and analysis.
