Sorry, I've never used Docs To Go, it's just a personal phone. Knottyrope rocks, but don't believe he/she uses it or has on phone. Sorry I can't be of help.

I use docs to go lite, not the full version. Did you install teh full version after getting your new device?
You should contact docs to go about your issue if you did install it.
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.

hey there Knotty thanks for the reply. a little history here, am on my 2nd Torch, 1st one was so possessed i finally dumped on my service provider and got a new one under warranty (of course they send me a refurb!). this one is considerably better & solved minor issues once i upgraded to 184.108.40.2068, however DocsToGo still wont work properly. i bought & paid for it for my 1st Torch since Gridmagic wouldnt work, presumably not compatible with the wonderful os6. i installed all the elements of DTG from Dataviz website OTA & all install just fine, activate with my key & says activated premium 2.0 edition, but no edit or view mode and loses all formatting when i try to edit docs. Dataviz supports ALL their software except DTG for Blackberry, which they say is supported by service provider & RIM. i'm sure u know both of those options are like banging ur head against the wall, so i'm trying to figure it out b4 i have to phone Rogers & threaten them with cancellation, although i'm sure i'm going to have to make the call, i need to do a couple of spreadsheets a day, have to carry my old Curve with me just to do the data work grrrrrrr. thanks for any help
