I just got a new BB Bold 9900. I use gmail through the browser. Often when I open an email it will not load and then I get a message "Oops, the application ran into an unexpected error.
Please refresh this page in your browser and try again"
When I refresh it just goes back to the previous page and doesn't solve the problem. I have this issue both when using wifi or just the regular network. It is really annoying and I have no idea why this occurs or how to fix it. Any insight is appreciated.

I assume you already have a BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS from your Carrier Telus which include email services , Have you tried clearing your Browser Cache ? To do that Open your Browser > Press the Menu key > Options > Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data ( Mark all fields ) then select Clear Now . Once it is done perform a Battery pull restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered on wait for a minute then re-insert it back .After reboot please try again.
If you recieve the same error message then try those steps in the same sequence :
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
