Thank you for your response. I talked to Sprint..Do you know what I need to have them unblock? They claim its nothing on their end...Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem here, I read a few forums that can't solve this problem either. I believe it's sevice book related, google talk on my unlocked blackberry bold stopped working after using two different SIM cards (China 3G/US Tmobile). I registered to the network, registered everything in the Host Routing Table, wiped the device, reinstalled Google Talk (via desktop manager and OTA), confirmed that permissions are correct, bb firewall is fine, AIM/Yahoo work fine on the device. I am completely stumped.

Its seems to be service book related issue only. I am also getting same error. If I am trying with other gtalk ID its working smoothly.
It may be related to things
I am yet to find out the solution, I feel wiping your device once and again syncing with fresh service book might help.
