HELP!!!! BBM ON 8520

Hi All,

 

I need hel;p with my BB 8520. Yesterday i updated the OS to V5. After the update bbm dissapeared so I downloaded BBM from www.blackberry.com/blacberrymessenger. It downloaded just fine. When the phone restarted, i tried to access bbm, it says Updating blackberry ID, then Setting up bbm, then it stops, nothing works.

 

PLEASE HELP Smiley Sad

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

Please try removing the Identity App:

Then try BBM again and see if it grabs a proper new Identity App install. You might also try along with this removing BBM, as well as inserting proper Battery-Pop reboots into the process.
