HELP, Can't send or receive BBM and email

Helloo...

I am Blackberry User that having problem by not able to receive or send any of BBM (blackberry message).
I am currently in New York, USA. But my original network provider is from other country. So when i am in USA, i always use WiFi connection, with no problem. But now, suddenly i am not able to use the BBM or email service. I can still browse internet from my Blackberry using the same WiFi. I don't understand why this happen. I already re-start the device, open battery and everything, still not able to receive or send BBM message. 

I am using WiFi connection at home. The signal of American network from AT&T or T-Mobile, sometimes exist, sometimes not. But it never been a problem in the past. I just choose "automatic" setting for "mobile network", and use my WiFi connection.

I already try to change network, but still not working.

i can't send or receive BBM or email. I only able to browsing.

Please help me to solve this problem.

i am using Blackberry 9360

Hi there ina

             you could try sending me a message, I found that a bbm is just a mobile network SMS text message, and does not go through the wifi, only transmits over the mobile company's network. When it arrives , there is just a few extra bytes of data added that look like a blackberry id and alittle more. That's all I can advise. I am in the United Kingdom, near London.

    Please ask if there's any more to say.

Hi Ina,

Contact your home country mobile service provider and ask whether you BlackBerry data plan is still active or not. If your BB data plan is active then upon connecting to Wi-Fi you'll notice a BB logo beside the Wi-Fi signal strength.

Yes my data plan is still active.

and i still have the sam problem

Because i have the BB logo sign on the right corner and i can still open browser and Blackberry App World.

So i have the Service provider AT&T-INDOSAT ( US Provider and my original country Provider ), also 3G, Wifi Signal good, and BB Signal display.

However, i still can not send and receive BBM and email.

I triend to connect the email, it said, "can not connect with server".

 

Please advise...

 

Is there any Blackberry service/support center in New York ?
