I tried to download YouMail from BB App world on my BB Curve 8330, it downloaded and I have a message on my phone that will not go away when I click on OK... the message reads: "

The application YouMail has attempted to open a connection to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by you IT policy" then there is an OK button... I have clicked on this and nothing happens, I have tried several battery pulls and still nothing.  Right now my phone is unable to be used. It is stuck. Over an hour trying to fix so I came here hoping for some help. Thanks.

It sounds like you have a company-issued device. You're gonna have to talk to your IT guy to see if he can remove the firewall that prevents Youmail from fully loading.
