Well I have a BlackBerry Curve 9310 (Boostmobile), I just signed up for BlackBerry Protect, it asked me to get a BlackBerry ID and I did so. It later asked me to sign in and as I put in my password but is not accepting it. It then went to the secret answer that does not work, following it tells me to sign in on a computer and it still will not let me sign in to reset my ID. How can I go around all these barriers to reset the ID it is now blocking me to my BlackBerry My World? Please HELP!

Okay, open your email that blackberry sent conferming that you signed up for blackberry id, and then click delete this blackberry id, then recreate the id. Let me know if this helps.

Hopefully, this information will be of use to you.
If you never received the confirming email, then are you sure that you used the correct email address when you created the ID? If not, then you may have no choice but to wipe your device and start over, creating a new BBID in the process. Instructions to do that are included in the above.
