Hello,

 

If you mean you are trying to use your BB, via USB, as your internet connection for your PC, then please start here:

  • KB05178 Support for tethered modem use

Make sure you are properly following all that is there and meet all of the prerequisites (including checking with your mobile service provider to be sure that your BB plan from them allows this).

 

Otherwise, please provide details -- from "have problem", we can't really determine anything. If you describe exactly what you attempt and exactly what happens (including the exact and complete content of any error messages presented), then we may have a better chance of understanding your situation.
