HELP ME PLEASE. JVM ERROR 117.

Hello

 

When im on the internet on my blackberry torch 9810, a white screen comes up saying JVM error 117 reset. This is happening all the time. can someone please help me!!!

 

Also my phone turns itself off completely and restarts after 2 minutes. in a day my phone switches off atleast 5 times and at random times. This phone is brand new so I dont know why this is happening. even the new models are faulty.  

 

Can someone please help me!!!!

I recommend that you reload your device software.

if this gives your trouble, then you can force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader
