I have a blackberry bold 9900 mobile i was overseas for 2months and when I returned home and I put my sim card into the mobile it come up with comfirm login to blackberry id.
I kept puttting in the correct password and it kept locking me out for 15mins . So then I clicked on forgotten password and after putting in the correct secret question password it kept saying a confirmation email will be sent to your email address with a tempoary password . So I thought to my self great I can now change the password to a new one.
However It's been two days and still no confirmation email. I have done this multiple times and nothing has changed I don't want to wipe my account because I have important things saved on it.
Please help me solve this issue.

If we enter too many wrong password for our BlackBerry ID then it will lockout as for security pupose , In that situation we had to reset our BlackBerry ID password .
As you already tried to reset your BBID password but not recieving ! So , Can you confirm if you're using your host email like firstname.lastname@example.org as you're BlackBerry ID ? If so then look at this Knowledge Base :
KB28111 :Unable to reset BlackBerry ID password when using a BlackBerry hosted email address.
Or you can call our Carrier for help with your BlackBerry ID password .
