HELP! Media Manager can't detect Media Card

I Need help here, my Media Manager (From Desktop Manager) which i use to transfer files from PC to Blackberry doesn't detect my BB Curve's Media Card, I've enabled my Mass Storage everything ON, i can't see anything in the bottom part of the window related to my BB's Media Memory, it only shows My BB's Device memory

if i want to store my files to the Media Card, i have to do it manually by Moving all the files while using BB.

Anyone can help ? any Idea? My "Main Objective" is to transfer a lot of files to my Blackberry's Media Card(Since Device memory only limits to 15MBs)

also, if i connect my BB, Desktop manager detects it, but in the "My Computer" nothing show up like new drive(H) or (I)

Thanks ALot

You already format the memory card?

Go to menu, options, memory , format

Re: HELP! Media Manager can't detect Media Card

Go to Menu, Options, Memory and  Turn on the Mass Storage Support and you should be able to see the card listed from Media Manager or from Windows Explorer.

You need to format the card before you store any data on it.

what does formatting a card do? I have pictures on both the device memory and the media card

If I format it I will lose the pictures already on there, right/

Correct. That is the purpose of formatting the card.

Can you copy off the images first, to your PC?
